Unlike popping boba, tapioca pearls don't burst – they are firm, elastic, and slightly sweet. Perfect for classic variations like Thai Milk Tea, Taro Bubble Tea, or Brown Sugar Boba. Preparation is simple: cook tapioca in boiling water for 15-20 minutes, briefly toss in sugar syrup, and add directly to your favorite tea.
