Cooked tapioca pearls should be used within 4 hours, after that they become too hard or fall apart. Raw and unopened, they keep until the best-before date printed on the pack.

Are tapioca pearls vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, tapioca pearls are made from tapioca starch (cassava), are naturally vegan, gluten-free and free from animal ingredients.
