Ube Powder 100 g – natural purple yam powder for Bubble Tea

How to prepare your Ube Latte:

1. Whisk 4 g of powder into 100 ml of hot water (75–80°C) with a whisk or milk frother until smooth
2. Add 150 ml of hot or cold milk (plant-based or classic) and mix well
3. Drop in 30–50 g of fruit pearls (mango or piña colada work perfectly) or tapioca pearls
4. Add ice cubes and serve with an XXL straw – enjoy!
