The fruit pearls should be stored away from heat, moisture, and light. The best-before date (BBD) indicated on the container states the date until which the product retains its optimal quality. After opening the container, it should be stored sealed in the refrigerator. To maintain the full flavor, it is recommended to consume the pearls as soon as possible. However, if the taste and appearance are not affected, they can still be enjoyed.
Our fruit pearls have a "best-before date". Unlike an expiration date, they can still be consumed after this date without health concerns. However, their properties (taste, color, texture) may change. If the best-before date of your fruit pearls has passed, you should not immediately throw them away. Check their appearance and trust your own judgment.
Yes, you can also enjoy your bursting boba in hot drinks. However, make sure the drink is not too hot (max. 80°-85°). In fact, sugarcane straws (risk of deformation) or stainless steel straws (heat conductors) are not suitable for very hot drinks.
Yes, the fruit pearls are made from plant-based alginate and calcium lactate. They are therefore suitable for a vegan diet.
